Playing Chelsea this season, Aimee Lou Wood is receiving a lot of praise for her portrayal of a girl who falls in love with a man who is emotionally unavailable. Aside from her amazing acting abilities, she is receiving a lot of attention for another absurdity: she is not having any facial cosmetic surgery. The celebrity discussed the subject and shared her thoughts in a recent Vogue podcast.
“These women, who perform Botox, were the ones I saw yesterday. We were discussing how it is clear that I have not had it. People are free to act however they like, but as you are aware, a large portion of my work depends on these face expressions. It must move, so I can not start freezing my face,” she continued.
“It moves too much at times. They appear incredibly, like, hot and cool, and a lot of people do that really still acting with everything kind of whispered,” she remarked. However, she believes she will not be able to continue performing. “I am not doing it, even when I believe I am.”
The celebrity also faced a lot of criticism for her teeth, which she addressed by stating that she never intended to get them “fixed” and giving her character more nuance.
“I can not believe the impact my teeth are having,” she added in a different interview when discussing her teeth. Americans are unable to move on from them. It seems a little rebellious even to hear White Lotus supporters criticize my teeth and the fact that I do not have Botox or veneers.
She believes she has discussed her teeth enough. “May I discuss my character? Why am I discussing gynashers? I feel like my front teeth are all that remain of me now. “It does feel a little strange that the thing I was bullied for is now the thing that everyone is like, ‘Woo!'” she added.
