The specifications of both versions have surfaced online, despite Vivo’s official website promoting the new tablets’ look. It is anticipated that the Vivo Pad 5 Pro would have a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and a 13-inch display with 3.1K resolution. In contrast, the Vivo Pad SE is rumored to have a 12.3-inch 2.5K screen and may come with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC.

On Weibo, Tipster Panda, whose name is Bald (translated from Chinese), proposed the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Pad SE specifications. According to the tipster, the Vivo Pad 5 Pro will feature a 13.1-inch LCD panel with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 3.1K resolution, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a brightness of up to 1,200 nits. According to reports, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 CPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and a maximum storage capacity of 512GB. It probably has a 12,050mAh battery that supports 66W rapid charging.
There are reportedly two variants of the Vivo Pad 5 Pro available. The lightweight variant with a 5.94mm thickness may weigh only 578 grams, whilst the normal version with a 6.07mm thick body could weigh 635 grams. It is expected to be available in pink, white, grey, and blue hues.
A 12.3-inch LCD screen with 2.5K resolution, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a 3:2 aspect ratio is anticipated for the Vivo Pad SE.
